Cancellation Policy​

At Island Dreamings Palawan Expedition, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us. Please read and understand the following terms:

Cancellation by Participant:

Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please inform us in writing at your earliest convenience.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the expedition date, a cancellation fee of $50 or P2500 per person will be applicable.

The deposit becomes non-refundable within one month before the expedition date.

2. Changes to Booking:

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing the dates or number of participants, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation by Island Dreamings:

Island Dreamings reserves the right to cancel the expedition if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule, transfer their booking to another available date, or receive a refund minus the service charges incurred .

Island Dreamings reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural phenomenon or mandated government cancellations. In such cases, Guest will receive a full refund (minus service charges) of the expedition cost paid or will be able to move their booking to a later date depending on the availability of the tour.

Island Dreamings reserves the right to cancel the tour or for any member of the group without refund if found not physically fit (i.e. not feeling well, drunk, etc) to do the activity, like Canyoneering or free diving while the tour has started.

4. No-Show or Early Departure:

If you do not show up for the expedition or decide to leave early for any reason, no refund will be provided.

 

5. Changes and Amendments:

Changes to expedition dates or participants may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and our discretion.

6. Refunds:

To request a refund, participants must contact Island Dreamings Palawan Expedition via email at info@islanddreamings.palawanwebdev.com. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

7. Trip Insurance:

Prior to your departure, it is mandatory for you to possess a comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and interruptions as well as sufficient medical coverage. Furthermore, your travel insurance policy should encompass trip cancellation, trip delay, interruption or post-departure coverage, baggage protection, and repatriation. This can help protect your investment in case of unforeseen events.

8. Communication:

All cancellation requests and changes should be communicated in writing to our customer service team via email or the contact information provided on our website.

By booking the Island Dreamings Palawan Expedition, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
